I've wanted to take pictures here of Hayley and Hannah. It's just a pretty backdrop when the sun sets over the mountains so when I asked them and they agreed...I wasted no time in getting as many pictures as I could. Here are some of the best shots I captured. They couldn't resist playing a little air guitar!! And of course we couldn't leave without taking a silly picture!
We went to the waterpark in Gilbert today and had a blast. It's $1.00 per person to get in so who wouldn't pass up the opportunity to wear the kids out swimming, sliding and floating down the lazy river?
It was bittersweet this morning when Scott and I said bye to Hayley and Hannah as they headed to camp 2 hours away. They will be gone for 5 days and although I'm so excited for them...I will miss them so much. I already do!! I packed them each a "care bag" with lot's of goodies in it for the car trip and I also included a little note telling them to use their manners, take care of eachother and have fun! My wish for them is that they have a good time and use this experience to get to know our Lord above better. I have to admit it...I had a few tears roll down my cheeks but I didn't let them know it. I know they will be fine. I'm just gonna miss my girls! Hayley & Hannah with Ms. Patti, the Hot Shots Director Loading up the cars Camp friends
Scott suprised me for our anniversary and took me to the Camelback Resort & Spa without the kids! We had an awesome time and got in some much needed R&R. It's a gorgeous resort so I couldn't resist taking pics while we were there.
I am mother to 3 girls and they are the love of my life along with my wonderful husband of 15 years. I am a lover of fashion, interior decorating, photography, scrapbooking, baking and shopping. We've lived in several places: San Diego, New York, Arizona and Texas. I drive my husband crazy on a daily basis because I want to move back west and am putting up a good fight! We have so many wonderful memories of the places we've been and just everyday life so this blog helps to re-visit old ones and create new ones. At times, this blog has been my journal...my loves, my needs, my life!
