Rolo Cookies

2 words....I die!  Anyone that watches Rachel Zoe knows that this is translated into Totally Amazing!  And that's all I've got to say about this cookie!  Just try it for yourself...you can thank me later!

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with 1 egg and box of Devil's Food cake mix until dough is dry.  Then shape dough around a Rolo until you have a little ball.  Then place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7-9 minutes.  Prepare for total bliss!!!
