Watching a movie together doesn't seem like a big deal, especially when it's a movie at home.  But watching a movie of her choice and me not multi-tasking about 4 other things at the same time is special.  So all attention was on her and the movie of her choice Stuart Little!

She wanted Daddy to take her to her favorite restaurant for breakfast...and she had pancakes of course!

Scott spent one night out of town so I thought it was the perfect night to let the girls have some friends sleep over.  One of the things on our Summer List is to get donuts at night so the girls got loaded up in the car and we headed to Yum Yum Donuts in PJ's.

I never let her paint her own nails but this was special.  It's our 30 days before Kindergarten so she was really happy to do it herself.  She did a great job too!  She even added some sparkles!

Every little girl needs a beautiful dress and shoes to play in! So do us big girls too!  And the crown and wand are an absolute must for any outfit...only after putting on your make-up of course!   

Today starts Holly's 30 days before Kindergarten.  About a month ago, we sat down and came up with a list of things she wants to do before her big day.  I will be documenting it along the way as we countdown the days until my baby girl goes to school! (wiping tears from my eyes)

1.  Marie is all of our middle names

2.  Hayley met my friend...he also likes goldfish

4.  We introduced Gran to Menchie's

5.  Spoiling by grandparents...a whole bucket of cotton candy

6.  Spoiling by grandparents...funnel cake

7.  She fell and scraped her arm which called for a toilet paper cast

9.  We had a great visit with them!

We went to Santa Monica, Hollywood, Venice and Beverly Hills.  We hung out at the house, went swimming, ate (a lot), shopped and had a good time visiting with them!  It was a great visit!
