The Royal Wedding

I was not one of those crazy people that stayed up or set the DVR for this event but I'll admit, I was curious about the details especially the dress.  I did catch some of the ceremony as I was getting dressed for work.  Watching some of the playbacks this morning, my favorite part is watching William sees his bride standing next to him and you can read his lips saying, "You look beautiful".   Melt my heart!!!!

A true fairytale indeed!

Calypso St. Barth

I'm sure by now you have all heard that Calypso St. Barth is partnering with Target and bringing some of it's chic summer collection to the stores. But it's only for a limited time...May 1st through June 11th so hurry up and get the goodies while you can...but watch out for the crazy lady (me) running through the aisles with 3 kids, starbucks and a shopping cart filled with their dresses! No, seriously...yea watch out people!

Littlest Drama Queen

Anyone else have a 4-year old Drama Queen living in their house? I do and her name is Holly...or Hollywood (appropriately named at times)! Anyway here are her latest declarations:

"You never play with me like you do with Sammy!" (Sammy is our dog)

"No body in this family even likes me!"
This is my personal favorite since this is so far from the truth! This girl is the center of attention all the time...so much so...that 2 other Drama Queens (also living in my house)...often complain they don't get any attention!

She may be little but there's a lot of D-R-A-M-A in this kid!

Bits from my weekend

Well, it was another busy weekend! Hayley & Hannah were filming scenes for a show (more on this later) so we had to be an hour away from home early Saturday morning. The scenes were in a park and let me tell you...I didn't mind spending all day there...it was absolutely gorgeous! But after a long day of filming, we rushed back to town for their performance for their play. Grandma had come into town and I felt bad we weren't able to visit with her before the show. Luckily, Scott got to visit with her over dinner and they saw the performance together. Sunday, we went to church and then it was the final performance of their play. It was definately bittersweet. They love performing, they love being at the theatre all the time...but I gotta say, Scott and I need a break. We are on the go...Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. And I feel like the past month has been a blurr. We haven't been able to plan any family time so we are ready for a little break. It won't be that long of a break because they are already working on their next show but still we need to catch up on some Family Time! Anyway, here's a couple of shots from our weekend. Also, I did get some mini photo shoots of Holly and Hayley that I still have to edit and post (later). Hannah said she wanted no part of it! I'll bribe ask her another time for a photo session.





It was such a great show! The girls had a blast rehearsing and performing with everyone from the cast! Till the next show!
